The estate of Colin Alexander Simpson, 11 Den Crescent, Keith AB55 5JZ was sequestrated by the sheriff at Elgin on Wednesday 11th June 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to William L Young Esq CA, Ritsons, 28 High Street, Nairn IV12 4AU, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Wednesday 11th June 2003.
