The estate of Saif Alkado t/a Gastech G A Heating Services, 198 Blackness Road, Dundee DD1 5PL was sequestrated by the sheriff at Dundee on Thursday 5th June 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to David AS Gellatly Esq CA, Miller MacIntyre & Gellatly, 20 Reform Street, Dundee DD1 1RQ, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 29th April 2003.
