New OFT Merger Notice for use for submitting pre notified mergers under section 96 of the Enterprise Act 2002 on or after 20th June 2003.

To submit pre notified mergers under section 75A of the Fair Trading Act 1973 up to and including 19th June please use the previous Merger Notice.
