The estate of Michael J Shepherd t/a Strathclyde Services, Shield Cottage, St Catherines, Cairndow PA25 8AZ was sequestrated by the sheriff at Dunoon on Friday 30th May 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to C Moore FCCA, Moore & Co, 40 New City Road, Glasgow G4 9JT, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Thursday 24th April 2003.
