The estate of William Gallacher, formerly of 34 Biggar Road, Cleland, Motherwell, Lanrkshire and now at 109 Biggar Road, Cleland, Motherwell, Lanarkshire ML1 5PS was sequestrated at the Court of Session on Thursday 5th June 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Robert C Wallace Esq CA, R Wallace S.I.P. Ltd, 110 Cadzow Street, Hamilton ML3 6HP, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Wednesday 23rd April 2003.
