The estate of Falah Mohamed t/a Gulistan Balti Tandoori, 6 South Baffin Street, First Left, Dundee DD4 6JW was sequestrated by the sheriff at Dundee on Thursday 22nd May 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Alan B Wright, Dand Carnegie & Co., Stannergate House, 41 Dundee Road West, Dundee DD5 1NB, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.
