The Estate of Alice McWilliams, residing at 12 Gateside Place, Kilbarchan, Renfrewshire was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Paisley Sheriff Court on 21st May 2003 and Graham Cameron Tough, CA MABRP, Martin Aitken & Co, Caledonia House, 89 Seaward Street, Glasgow, G41 1HJ has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers to Graham Cameron Tough, CA MABRP, Martin Aitken & Co, Caledonia House, 89 Seaward Street, Glasgow, G41 1HJ.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is 21st May 2003.

Any creditor known to the Interim Trustee will be informed of the date, time and place of the Statutory Meeting of Creditors to elect a Permanent Trustee.
