The estate of Leonard Hugh Conetta, 17 McLaren Grove, Stewartfield, East Kilbride G74 4SR formerly t/a Leo’s Fast Foods, 6 Broomlands Street, Paisley, PA1 2LR and Gios 116 Maryhill Road, Glasgow G20 7QS was sequestrated by the sheriff at Hamilton on Wednesday 21st May 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to James I Smith Esq CA, Smith Inglis & Co, 1 Auchingramont Road, Hamilton ML3 6JP, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 29th April 2003.
