The estate of John MacDonald, 20 Crusader Crescent, Stewarton KA3 3BL was sequestrated by the sheriff at Kilmarnock on Tuesday 13th May 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to John Sharkey Esq CA, Messrs Kenneth A Ross & Sharkey, 8 Bannockburn Place, Kilmarnock KA3 7UL, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 13th May 2003.
