Pursuant to Rule 4.19(4) of The Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986, I, D D McGruther of Grant Thornton, 95 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 7JZ, give notice that, on 16th May 2003, I was appointed as liquidator of the above company by a resolution of a meeting of the creditors.

A liquidation committee was not established. It is not my intention to summon a further meeting of creditors to establish a liquidation committee unless requested to do so by one tenth in value of the company’s creditors.
