Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that

(i)

pursuant to an assignation of 20th March 2003 GCS Trustees Limited and Accuvest S.A., trustees for Saratoga Trust (the First Transferor) transferred to Manuel Senderos Irigoyen all of the interest held by them in Saratoga SLP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL4163 and the First Transferor ceased to be a limited partner and Manuel Senderos Irigoyen became a limited partner in Saratoga SLP; and

(ii)

pursuant to an assignation of 21st March 2003 Manuel Senderos Irigoyen (the Second Transferor) transferred to GCS Trustees Limited and Accuvest S.A., trustees for Sierra Trust all of the interest held by them in Saratoga SLP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL4163 and the Second Transferor ceased to be a limited partner and GCS Trustees Limited and Accuvest S.A., trustees for Sierra Trust became a limited partner in Saratoga SLP.
