DISEASES OF FISH ACT 1937 (AS AMENDED)

DISEASES OF FISH (DESIGNATED AREA) (SCOTLAND) REVOCATION (NO 46) ORDER 2003

The above Order which revokes the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 29) Order 2001 comes into force on 10th May 2003.

Accordingly the Scottish Ministers in terms of Section 2(5) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937, as amended, being satisfied that the marine waters contained within the salmon rearing cages owned by Stolt Seafarms Limited at the site known as Ob Lickisto, situated in Ob Liceasto, East Loch Tarbert, Harris (OS grid ref: NG 164 983) are no longer infected waters, hereby revoke the above Designated Area Order.
