THE A78 TRUNK ROAD (CLOCH ROAD JUNCTION) (PRIVATE MEANS OF ACCESS) ORDER 200

Notice is hereby given that the Scottish Ministers propose to make the following Order under section 12(1) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984:

 The A78 Trunk Road (Cloch Road Junction) (Private Means of Access) Order 200 to provide for the stopping up of private means of access when new means of access have been provided and the provision of new means of access.

Copies of the draft Order and the relative plan may be inspected, free of charge, during business hours from 9th May 2003 until 20th June 2003 at the offices of the Scottish Executive Development, Road Network Management and Maintenance Division, Victoria Quay, Edinburgh, EH6 6QQ; Inverclyde Council, Transportation and Roads Services, 71 East Hamilton Street, Greenock, PA15 1LY; Gourock Library, 9 Kempock Place, Gourock.

Any person may object to the making of the Order by notice, in writing, to the Scottish Executive Development Department, Road Network Management and Maintenance Division, Victoria Quay, Edinburgh, EH6 6QQ quoting reference UM/NSW/D/I/11/3 and stating the grounds for objection. Any such notice must be received on or before 20th June 2003.
