The estate of Sybil King, 235 Sherbrooke Road, Rosyth KY11 2YR was sequestrated by the sheriff at Dunfermline on Wednesday 16th April 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Alan C Thomson Esq CA, Messrs Thomson Cooper & Co, 18 Viewfield Terrace, Dunfermline KY12 7JU, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Thursday 27th March 2003.
