The estate of John Hepburn Allison, 92 Cook Street, Dysart, Fife KY1 2UY was sequestrated by the sheriff at Kirkcaldy on Monday 28th April 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to John H Ferris Esq CA, Ferris Associates, 12 Edison House, Fullerton Road, Glenrothes KY6 5QR, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.
