Notice is hereby given that Gerald Ian Rankin, official Liquidator of Argyll Hotel (Ullapool) Company Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 57 Queen Street, Edinburgh has lodged a Note in the Liquidation Petition for the appointment of a new Liquidator, for the approval of accounts of remuneration and a discharge. On 24th April 2003 in the Court of Session Lord Reed pronounced the following Interlocutor; The Lord Ordinary appoints the Note Number 107 of Process to be intimated on the Walls in common form and to be advertised once in each of the Edinburgh Gazette and Scotsman Newspaper, grants warrant for service of the note as craved, together with a copy of this Interlocutor, upon the party named and designed in the schedule annexed thereto; allows any party claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto, if so advised, within 21 days after such intimation, advertisement and service.
