The estate of Elaine Hook, previously residing at 58 Hillview Road, Ormiston, East Lothian EH35 5HW and now residing at 25 Limeylands Road, Ormiston, East Lothian was sequestrated by the sheriff at Haddington on Monday 14th April 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to John Michael Hall CA, Haines Watts, 9 Coates Crescent, Edinburgh EH3 7AL, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Wednesday 5th March 2003.
