The estate of Andrea Konig, formerly residing at 35/3 Leith Street, Edinburgh EH1 3AT and whose present whereabouts are unknown trading as the former partnership of Ludwig Goldsmiths and Jewellers, formerly having a place of business at 37 Leith Street, Edinburgh EH1 3AT was sequestrated by the sheriff at Edinburgh on Wednesday 23rd April 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Ian D Stevenson Esq CA, Stevenson Associates, 6 Wemyss Place, Edinburgh EH3 6DH, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Wednesday 12th March 2003.
