The estate of Moira May Summers, 3 Cruachan Cottages, Taynuilt, Argyll was sequestrated by the sheriff at Oban on Thursday 24th April 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Gerard P Crampsey Esq CA, Messrs Stirling Toner & Co, Fleming House, 134 Renfrew Street, Glasgow G3 6SZ, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Thursday 24th April 2003.
