CHARGES FOR AIR SERVICES

SPECIFICATION BY THE CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY

THE CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY (NAVIGATION SERVICES CHARGES) (SECOND AMENDMENT) SPECIFICATION 2003

Taking effect on 1st May 2003

The Civil Aviation Authority (“CAA”) in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 73, 74 and 75 of the Transport Act 2000(a) hereby makes the following Specification:

1.	This Specification may be cited as the Civil Aviation Authority (Navigation Services Charges) (Second Amendment) Specification 2003 and shall take effect on 1st May 2003.
2.	The Civil Aviation Authority (Navigation Services Charges) Specification 2002 shall be further amended as follows:

In paragraph 7(1), for the charge of “£170.00” there shall be substituted a charge of “£204.00”.

In paragraph 7(3), for the charge of “£98.00” there shall be substituted a charge of “£135.00”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Specification)

The charges for air services provided in the Northern and Southern North Sea Areas payable to NATS (En Route) Limited are increased with effect from 1st May 2003 from £170 to £204 and from £98 to £135 respectively.
