The estate of Alexander Aitchison, 43 Victoria Street, Blantyre G72 0EH was sequestrated by the sheriff at Hamilton on Wednesday 2nd April 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Michael D Sheppard Esq CA, Messrs Wylie & Bisset, Montgomery House, 18/20 Montgomery Street, East Kilbride G74 4JS, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Friday 28th February 2003.
