Sequestration of
RODERICK MURDOCH CROSBIE
A Petition was, on 9th April 2003, presented to the Court of Session by Roderick Murdoch Crosbie, “The Neuk”, Ivy Place, Newton Stewart, Wigtownshire, DG8 6HQ, asking the Court to recall an order of his Sequestration by the Sheriff of South Strathclyde and Galloway at Stranraer, on 30th January 2003. Temporary Lord Ordinary T G Coutts QC, by Interlocutor dated 11th April 2003, appointed the Petition to be intimated on the Walls in common form and to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette Newspaper and granted warrant for service of the Petition as craved, together with a copy of this Interlocutor, upon the parties named and designed in the Schedule annexed to the Petition and allowed them and any other party claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto, if so advised, within 14 days after such intimation, advertisement and service.
