The Estate of Karen Moloney, residing at 154C Budhill Avenue, Springboig, Glasgow was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Glasgow on 8th April 2003 and Graham Cameron Tough, CA MABRP, Martin Aitken & Co, Caledonia House, 89 Seaward Street, Glasgow, G41 1HJ has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers to Graham Cameron Tough, CA MABRP, Martin Aitken & Co, Caledonia House, 89 Seaward Street, Glasgow, G41 1HJ.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is 8th April 2003.
