The Highland Council
(PART OF THE ROUTE C4, KERROWGAIR TO CROY ROAD, INVERNESS) (STOPPING UP) ORDER 2003
Notice is hereby given that The Highland Council proposes to make an Order in terms of Section 68(1) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 stopping up the road described in the Schedule hereto.
The title of the order is The Highland Council (Part of the Route C4, Kerrowgair to Croy Road, Inverness) (Stopping Up) Order 2003.
A copy of the proposed order and of the accompanying plan showing the road to be stopped up together with a statement of reasons for making the Order have been deposited at the office of The Highland Council Service Point, 23 Church Street, Inverness. Those documents are available for inspection free of charge from 11th April 2003. Monday to Friday during the hours of 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
Any person may, within 28 days from 14th April 2003, object to the making of the order by notice in writing to Ashley Broadbent, Area Roads, Community and Protective Services Manager, 94 Diriebught Road, Inverness. Objections should state the name and address of the objector, the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made.

Route C4, Kerrowgair to Croy Road, Inverness
Commencing at a point 235 metres or thereby southeast of the Dalcross Airport Access Road southeastwards for a distance of 400 metres or thereby.
