Sequestration of the estate of

Elaine Black

The estate of Elaine Black, formerly residing at 51 Greencoats Crescent, Paisley, PA3 1RT and now at 51 Oakridge Crescent, Paisley, PA3 1RT was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Paisley on 20th January 2003 and Derek M L Forsyth, of Campbell Dallas, Chartered Accountants, 7 Glasgow Road, Paisley, PA1 3QS has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the Interim Trustee.

Any creditor known to the Interim Trustee will be notified to the date, time and place of the statutory meeting of creditors to elect a permanent trustee. For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is 20th January 2003.
