The estate of Andrew Arthur Hailes Quigg, Corrinzion Farm Cottage, Strathmiglo KY14 7SN was sequestrated by the sheriff at Cupar on Monday 24th March 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Drew M Kennedy Esq CA, Morris & Young, 6 Atholl Crescent, Perth PH1 5JN, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.
