The estate of Harry Anderson, 30 Clarence Street, Edinburgh EH3 5AS trading as North Star, formerly having a place of business at Montpelier House, 2 Melgrund Terrace, Edinburgh EH7 4BU was sequestrated by the sheriff at Edinburgh on Wednesday 19th March 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to David F Rutherford Esq CA, Cowan & Partners, 60 Constitution Street, Leith, Edinburgh EH6 6RR, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Friday 7th February 2003.
