TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (SCOTLAND) ACT 1997
NORTH LANARKSHIRE COUNCIL (ASDA SITE, NORTH CARBRAIN ROAD, CUMBERNAULD) FOOTPATH STOPPING UP AND DIVERSION ORDER 2003
North Lanarkshire Council, hereby give notice that the above Order made under Section 208 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 authorising the stopping up and diversion of the footpath adjacent to North Carbrain Road, Cumbernauld has now been confirmed as an unopposed Order
The said footpath will be stopped up and closed to all traffic (including pedestrian traffic) and diverted along the route of an alternative footpath all as detailed in and shown on the plan annexed and subscribed as relative to the said Order, to enable development to be carried out in accordance with planning permission granted under Part III of the said Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997.
A copy of the Order, as confirmed, and relevant plan may be inspected at the offices of the Divisional Manager (North), Department of Planning and Environment, North Lanarkshire Council, Council Offices, Bron Way, Cumbernauld by any person free of charge during normal office hours.
