The estate of Robert Charles Milton t/a Bob Milton, formerly residing at Vogra, Downies Village, Portlethen, Aberdeen, AB12 4QX now residing at 452 North Anderson Drive, Aberdeen trading as Bob Milton, formerly trading at Vorga, Downies Village, Portlethen, Aberdeen, AB12 4QX, now trading at 452 North Anderson Drive, Aberdeen was sequestrated by the sheriff at Stonehaven on Thursday 6th March 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Alistair W Duthie Esq, Duthie Ward & Co., 42 Carden Place, Aberdeen AB9 1UP, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.
