Sequestration of the estate of

The estate of Leslie Stephen Grant, t/a L & G Trade and Distribution, having a place of business and currently residing at 56 Cypress Grove, Bridge of Don, Aberdeen AB23 8LD was sequestrated by Aberdeen Sheriff Court on 19th February 2003 and Neil Anthony Armour, Chartered Accountant, KPMG, 37 Albyn Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1JB, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting account or vouchers, to the Interim Trustee.

Any creditor known to the Interim Trustee will be notified of the date, time and place of the Statutory Meeting of Creditors to elect a Permanent Trustee.

For the purpose of formulating claims creditors should note that the date of sequestration is 30th January 2003.
