Sequestration of the estate of

Stephen O’Donnell

The estate of Stephen O’Donnell, residing at 36 Barmoss Avenue, Port Glasgow, PA14 6HH was sequestrated by the Sheriff of North Strathclyde, Glasgow and Stathkelvin at Greenock on 4th March 2003 and Maureen Elizabeth Leslie, Baker Tilly, 23 Queen Street Edinburgh EH2 1JX has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the Interim Trustee.

Please note that the date of sequestration for creditors claims was 14th February 2003.

Any creditor known to the Interim Trustee will be notified of the date, time and place of the statutory meeting of creditors to elect a Permanent Trustee.
