Notice Under Regulation 13

Proposed Development at

Cara Links, Cara, South Ronaldsay

Notice is hereby given that an environmental statement has been submitted to the Orkney Islands Council by Mr Claude Peace relating to the planning application in respect of sand extraction and storage - additional phases at Cara Links, Cara, South Ronaldsay notified to you under article 9(1) of the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (Scotland) Order 1992 on 3rd March 2003.

Orkney Islands Council, School Place, Kirkwall between the hours of 12pm -1pm & 4pm-5pm Monday, 1pm-4pm Tuesday, 9am-1pm Wednesday, 1pm-5pm Thursday and 10am-1pm Friday, during the period of 28 days beginning 13th March 2003.

A copy of the Environmental Statement may be obtained/purchased from Mr C Peace of Cara Farm, South Ronaldsay or inspected, at Dept of Development & Protective Services, Orkney Islands Council, School Place, Kirkwall.

Any persons who wishes to make representations to Orkney Islands Council about the environmental Statement should make them in writing within the 28 day period to the address below.
