The estate of Garry McLeod, 14 Ardgour Road, Caol, Fort William, Inverness-shire PH33 7PQ was sequestrated by the sheriff at Fort William on Friday 21st February 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the Accountant in Bankruptcy, Case Management Section, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Friday 21st February 2003.
