Company Directors Disqualification Order

COMPANY DIRECTORS DISQUALIFICATION ACT 1986

John Grant Stephen, Flat 3F3, 85 Hanover Street, Edinburgh EH2 1EE, has given a disqualification undertaking which has been accepted by the Secretary of State in terms of Section 1(A) and 7(2A) of the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986 that he shall not be a director of a company, act as a receiver of a company’s property or in any way, whether directly or indirectly, be concerned or take part in the promotion, formation or management of the company unless (in each case) he has the leave of the court, and he shall not act as an Insolvency Practitioner for a period of three years commencing on 18th February 2003.

All of which intimation is hereby given.
