R. Terley Limited

A Petition was presented to the Court of Session at Edinburgh on 11th December 2002 by Paul McGowan and Paul Taylor being the directors of R. Terley Limited, craving the court inter alia to make an Administration Order in respect of R. Terley Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 10 Blackfriars Street, Perth PH1 5NS, in which Petition, Lord Reed by Interlocutor dated 15th January 2003 having considered the Petition and proceedings, no answers having been lodged, Makes an administration order in relation to R Terley Limited having its registered office at 10 Blackfriars Street, Perth Nominates and Appoints Andrew John Pepper, Chartered Accountant and Fraser James Gray, Chartered Accountant, of Kroll Limited, Afton House, 26 West Nile Street, Glasgow, Insolvency Practitioners, duly qualified under the Insolvency Act 1986, to be the Joint Administrators of the said Company, for the purposes specified in section 8(3)(d) of the said Act; Appoints the Clerk of Court to intimate the making of this order forthwith to the joint administrators, and Appoints the joint administrators to advertise and give notice of this order forthwith in terms of Rule 2.3 of the Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986. Further Finds the Petitioners entitled to the expenses of and incidental to the Petition and Finds that they are expenses in the Administration of the company and Decerns.
