Notice is hereby given that on 10th January 2003 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Tayside, Central and Fife at Falkirk by Cedex Limited, 110 Comyn Drive, Wallacestone, Falkirk craving the Court to order that the name of Cedex Limited, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its Registered Office at 110 Comyn Drive, Wallacestone, Falkirk be restored to the Register of Companies in terms of Section 653 of the Companies Act 1985. By Interlocutor dated 10th January 2003, the Sheriff appointed all persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Falkirk within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement under certification all of which notice is given hereby.
