The estate of Jean Morrison t/a “Fabrics”, 18 Templehill, Troon KA10 6BE was sequestrated by the sheriff at Ayr on Thursday 19th December 2002 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Brian Johnstone Esq CA, Manson & Patners, 51 Rae Street, Dumfries DG1 1JD, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Thursday 28th November 2002.
