The estate of Stephen Heron, 86 Robert Burns Avenue, Clydebank was sequestrated by the sheriff at Dumbarton on Thursday 5th December 2002 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Graham C Tough Esq CA, Martin Aitken & Co, Caledonia House, 89 Seaward Street, Glasgow G41 1HJ, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Friday 8th November 2002.
