The estate of Albert William Miller, formerly residing at 124 Pennan Road, Tillydrone, Aberdeen, AB24 2UE and now at 114 Picktillum Place, Aberdeen was sequestrated at the Court of Session on Thursday 28th November 2002 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Michael J M Reid Esq CA, Meston Reid & 12 Carden Place, Aberdeen AB10 1UR, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Thursday 17th October 2002.
