Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 on 22nd November 2002 John Frederick Martin transferred all of the interest held by him in Bancroft Founders L.P. (the “Partnership”) to Walter Deyhle, as trustee of the Martin/Winkler Trust and that with effect from 22nd November 2002, Walter Deyhle, as trustee of the Martin/Winkler Trust became a limited partner in the Partnership and John Frederick Martin ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
