The estate of George Fraser Penney, “Tigh-An-Aigh”, 19 Sandhaven, Sandbank, Argyll PA23 8QN was sequestrated by the sheriff at Dunoon on Thursday 14th November 2002 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Leon M Marshall Esq CA, Messrs Stevenson & Kyles, 25 Sandyford Place, Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow G3 7NJ, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Thursday 14th November 2002.
