The estate of Joanne Minick, 37 Carseggie Crescent, Glenrothes, Fife KY7 5DL was sequestrated by the sheriff at Kirkcaldy on Monday 4th November 2002 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to David K Hunter Esq CA, Campbell Dallas, 16 Melville Terrace, Stirling FK8 2NE, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.
