The estate of Adrian Smith, Padua, 4 Norfolk Terrace, Glencaple Road, Dumfries DG1 4AR trading as Copycats (Scotland), 70 Friars Vennel, Dumfries DG1 2RL was sequestrated by the sheriff at Dumfries on Friday 1st November 2002 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to David J Hill Esq CA, Messrs BDO Stoy Hayward, 64 Dalblair Road, Ayr KA7 1UH, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Friday 1st November 2002.
