The estate of Wendy Haywood t/a Caledonian Pine Production, 75 Strathspey Drive, Grantown on Spey PH26 3EY was sequestrated by the sheriff at Inverness on Wednesday 2nd October 2002 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to William L Young Esq CA, Ritsons, 28 High Street, Nairn IV12 4AU, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Friday 6th September 2002.
