Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the creditors of Rockmoor Ltd, having their registered office at 1 Royal Terrace, Glasgow, G3 7NT, will be held at Caledonia House, 89 Seaward Street, Glasgow, G41 1HJ on Wednesday 11th December 2002, at 10.00am for the purposes of receiving the liquidator’s report of the winding up in terms of section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and of determining whether he should have his release under section 174 of the said Act. The attention of creditors is drawn to the following:

(1)	A creditor is entitled to vote only if he has submitted his claim (Form 4.7(Scot)) to the liquidator, and his claim has been accepted in whole or in part.
(2)	A resolution at the meeting is passed if a majority in value of those voting vote in favour of it.
(3)	Proxies may be lodged at or before the meeting at the offices of the liquidator, Messrs Martin Aitken & Co., Caledonia House, 89 Seaward Street, Glasgow, G41 1HJ marked for his attention.
(4)	Claims may be lodged by those who have already done so at or before the meeting at the said office of the liquidator.
(5)	The provisions of Rules 4.15-4.17 and 7 of the Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986.
