The estate of Lynne Scott, 40 Carlaverock Drive, Tranent, East Lothian was sequestrated by the sheriff at Haddington on Monday 28th October 2002 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the Accountant in Bankruptcy, Case Management Section, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Wednesday 25th September 2002.
