Dalmarnock Road Trading Estate. Dalmarnock Road, Rutherglen
Notice is hereby given that an Environmental Statement has been submitted to South Lanarkshire Council by Vico Property Group relating to the Planning Application in respect of the erection of a mixed use development comprising business/industry, food and non-food retail, fast food, pub/restaurant and flatted residential development with associated servicing, parking and landscaping (Planning Application No. CR/01/0174).
A copy of the Environmental Statement and associated planning application may be inspected at the following notice during the period of 28 days beginning with the date of this Notice:-
| 1. | South Lanarkshire Council, Royal Burgh House, 380 King Street, Rutherglen, G73 1DQ between the hours of 9.00am - 4.45pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am - 4.00pm on Friday. |
Copies of the Environmental Statement (at a cost of £20) may be purchased at Royal Burgh House.
Any person who wishes to make representation to South Lanarkshire Council about the Environmental Statement or Planning Application should make them in writing within 28 days of the date of this Notice to the Head of Planning, Building Control Estates, South Lanarkshire Council, Cambuslang/Rutherglen Area Office, Royal Burgh House, 380 King Street, Rutherglen, G73 1DQ.
