I, Colin Anthony Fisher Hastings, hereby give notice pursuant to Section 109 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that I was appointed Liquidator of the above Company at a Meeting of Creditors held on 25th October 2002.

My appointment as Liquidator is as replacement of Kenneth Michael Stewart who has vacated office.
