(“the Partnership”)

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that the following assignations of interests in the Partnership have been made:-

(a)	On 13th May 2002 Paul Metone as sole trustee of the Mark Fuller Interest in Possession Settlement ceased to be a limited partner in Technology Growth Fund (General Partner) SLP and transferred his entire capital contribution of £4.95 as follows:
1.	£0.17 to Wolfgang Alvano;
2.	£0.17 to Rolf Steffens;
3.	£0.61 to Michael Fell as sole trustee of the Michael Proudlock Interest in Possession Settlement;
4.	£0.56 to Michael Proudlock as sole trustee of the Michael Fell Interest in Possession Settlement;
5.	£0.51 to Andy Ferguson as sole trustee of the David Martin Interest in Possession Settlement;
6.	£0.47 to Owen Trotter as sole trustee of the Alison Ridge Interest in Possession Settlement;
7.	£0.47 to Nigel Guy as sole trustee of the Christopher Harper Interest in Possession Settlement;
8.	£0.47 to David Martin as sole trustee of the Andrew Ferguson Interest in Possession Settlement;
9.	£0.47 to Christopher Harper as sole trustee of the Nigel Guy Interest in Possession Settlement;
10.	£0.17 to Jaume Berg;
11.	£0.17 to Jordi Villanova;
12.	£0.21 to Alison Ridge as sole trustee of the Owen Trotter Interest in Possession Settlement; and
13.	£0.50 to BECP Employee Benefit Trust Co Limited.
(b)	On 13th May 2002 Mark Fuller as sole trustee of the Paul Merone Interest in Possession Settlement ceased to be a limited partner in Technology Growth Fund (General Partner) SLP and transferred his entire capital contribution of £4.95 as follows:
1.	£0.17 to Wolfgang Alvano;
2.	£0.17 to Rolf Steffens;
3.	£0.61 to Michael Fell as sole trustee of the Michael Proudlock Interest in Possession Settlement;
4.	£0.56 to Michael Proudlock as sole trustee of the Michael Fell Interest in Possession Settlement;
5.	£0.51 to Andy Ferguson as sole trustee of the David Martin Interest in Possession Settlement;
6.	£0.47 to Owen Trotter as sole trustee of the Alison Ridge Interest in Possession Settlement;
7.	£0.47 to Nigel Guy as sole trustee of the Christopher Harper Interest in Possession Settlement;
8.	£0.47 to David Martin as sole trustee of the Andrew Ferguson Interest in Possession Settlement;
9.	£0.47 to Christopher Harper as sole trustee of the Nigel Guy Interest in Possession Settlement;
10.	£0.17 to Jaume Berg;
11.	£0.17 to Jordi Villanova;
12.	£0.21 to Alison Ridge as sole trustee of the Owen Trotter Interest in Possession Settlement; and
13.	£0.50 to BECP Employee Benefit Trust Co Limited.
