Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 29th August 2002 transferred to all of the interest held by it in Advent Management Limited Partnership (“the Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL001095 and that with effect from such date Joyelle Ann Carry, Paul Howard Glazier and Sefta Trustees Limited ceased to be limited partners and John Alfred Stoddard Nash and Jennifer Caroline Nash (Ref 010) became limited partners in the Partnership.
